Governance

FODAFO is a not-for-profit corporation incorporated under Canadian federal legislation.

FODAFO is co-owned by two member organizations: York University and Global Footprint Network.

These members appoint directors to the board of directors. Bylaws are available here.

Directors choose officers and establish committees including the Science Advisory Committee and the Impact Council.
